Truman's Brewery are looking for a Production Brewer to get involved in all aspects of the brew house. A leader on the floor, you will ideally have at least two years experience and IBD Diploma Module 1 or equivalent.

Key Tasks:

• Wort production, fermentation management, maturation
• Managing brewhouse cleaning & hygiene
• Plant Maintenance
• Helping mentor & develop team
• Duty Weekend cover
• Driving improvements across the brewhouse
• Management of Assistant Brewers
