PRODUCTION BREWER
Born out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour. We believe exceptional brewing stems from imagination and passion. Our beers are brewed using modern creative techniques and ingredients while producing some of the world’s oldest beer styles guaranteed to give a memorable drinking experience. The role will be primarily cellar focussed in our Westcombe site.
It will require you to be trained at both cellaring and brewing, to ensure the production of wort, its fermentation, conditioning and finishing is in line with quality control and production targets, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout both breweries at all times. The successful candidate will be keen and enthusiastic and have a good understanding of the brewing process, equipment and techniques.

Dependant on experience. We are willing to consider applicants with a minimum of 1 years experience with heaps of enthusiasm to learn and grow with the business, to more experienced candidates who can offer more knowledge and skills and bring more to the role.
