OVERVIEW

Now that our successful Crowdfunding is completed, we have an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious and passionate Sales team as a Business Development Executive. You’ll play a key role in our ambitious growth targets for 2019, including plans for our 10th birthday next year.

The role is responsible for aggressively growing Redemption Brewing Co’s business in the On-Trade in London. This will be achieved through developing relationships, growing networks and being a true Brand Ambassador for Redemption Brewing Co.

You’ll require a passion for beer and an ability to bring a rigorous Sales approach to a dynamic and creative urban environment, which offers a buzzing pub scene right on our doorstep.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for growing distribution, volume, profitability and brand experience within a portfolio of (on trade) accounts

  • Be capable of generating new sales at individual and group level

  • Ownership of annual individual customer planning, promotional evaluation and customer sell-back

  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups

  • Maintain and maximise sales within customer base

  • Execution of call cycle and administrative duties (routine management)

  • Able to maintain sales target reports

  • Analytical skills and strong business acumen

  • Develop a deep knowledge base related to our brewing process, beer types and styles, handling, tasting, serving in order to develop our brand, and enhance consumer and customer experience on premise

  • Constant delivery of superior on premise experiences

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Existing brewery sales experience or senior level experience within the pub trade in London

  • Passion for brewing and craft beer industry

  • Excellent communication, relationship building and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in MS Excel and CRM software

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to self motivate

  • Strong negotiating skills

  • Excellent communicator

  • Very enthusiastic & motivated to make a difference

  • Driven, ambitious and resilient

  • Able to demonstrate strong professionalism

  • Efficient and proactive time management

  • Team player with initiative and drive

  • Keen to represent the brewery at external events

  • Able to work flexible hours, due to the nature of the role you will often need to work some evening and weekend hours

  • Mature outlook, capable of representing the Redemption brand in a professional manner

  • Demonstrate an appreciation for our brand!
